Our Process

Development Process:

Net Acceleration uses a version of the Agile Development and Collaborative Development processes when developing and implementing client websites and applications. Ours is a highly iterative process that allows for client feedback and course correction as quickly as possible in the development process.

Net Acceleration will develop any new functionality required for the project in conjunction with the designer and the end-users, so that ideas can be tested in a "real" website environment, and modified based on client and designer feedback.

The client and the designer will generally have access to the development website or web application continually, so that they can monitor progress as desired.

Daily communication regarding bugs, changes, and new requests will be done via the AccelSite Project Tracking System. Periodic meetings will be conducted over the phone or in person as required.
