Once I have a Merchant Account, how do I set it up in AccelSite?

First you must setup your merchant account and gateway (Net Acceleration suggests using e-onlinedata.com). After the account has been activated you will need to login to the merchant accounts interface to find the API Login ID and Transaction Key.

Instructions if you are using eonline data:

1. Login
2. Click Settings
3. Under Security Settings, click API login ID and Transaction Key
4. Supply the Secret Answer and Click Submit

After the Login ID and Transaction Key have been obtained, login to the AccelSite CMS backend.

1. Click Site Manager
2. The API Login ID will be placed in the Payment Gateway Account ID
3. The Transaction Key will be placed in the Payment Gateway Account Password
4. Save the page

Please note:

• Please make sure that the merchant account is off of test mode
• To make sure that the AccelSite is off of test mode go to the Product Configuration Manager and click Configure Module
  • If the checkbox is NOT checked it is OFF of test mode
• Please ensure that email addresses are inserted into the appropriate feilds for alerts.
