I use Outlook 2007 and I can recieve emails, but can not send them.

First Change your outgoing mail server:

1. Go to tools > Account Settings
2. Highlight the email account and above it is a button called "Change...". Click it
3. Change the line that says "Outgoing Mail Server..." to sf.netacceleration.com
4. Click Next > Finish

Next Change your Port

1. Tools > Account Settings
2. Highlight the email account and above it is a button called "Change...". Click it
3. More Settings
4. Advanced tab.
5. Change the Outgoing Server field number from 25 to 26
6. Click Next > Finish
